If you are interested in our case management system, you have two purchase options. Whichever version you choose, the Practice Information Powertool 2010 will help you get organized and manage your practice efficiently.

OPTION 1 - SINGLE USER: If you are a sole practitioner, you should consider the Runtime version which is designed for a single-user and is much less expensive than the network version. In addition, the Document Management System Module is available for the runtime version.

The PIP 2010 Runtime License is a Single-User Only license. This version does not require a license for FileMaker® Pro 8.5 (or above) software to operate. This license cannot be used as the Host in a multi-user network installation. This product can be upgraded to a Multi-User system license.

OPTION 2 - NETWORK MULTI-USER: For firms with 2 or more staff members, you will need the Network version which runs under FileMaker® Pro. This version of the PIP has the capability of sharing all of your case data between staff members over your computer network.

The PIP 2010 Multi-User System license can be used as a standalone program, or may be used as the Host in a multi-user network installation (up to 10 workstations). The PIP 2010 Multi-User license requires FileMaker® Pro 8.5 (or above) software to operate. A licensed copy of FileMaker® Pro 9 software is included with this PIP 2010 Multi-User System license.
